What to Expect
During your session you will be asked to remain fully clothed so it is best to where loose comfortable clothing for your treatment session. ~ CST requires contact with your body and the therapist will be working over the entire body as well as the head, tailbone, and feet. Before you get on the table your therapist will review certain techniques with you. ~ Each person will respond to treatment differently though everyone reports a feeling of deep relaxation afterwards. ~ If you have any mobility restrictions or special circumstance please feel free to reach out to us so that we can discuss any alterations to treatments or requirements you may need to receive bodywork. We strive to make bodywork and energy work accessible to all who would like treatment. True Blue Wellness is located in Studio 3 of Studio 550 Community Arts Center on 550 Elm Street in downtown Manchester, NH.
You will enter at the front doors of Studio 550 and Jazmine will meet you in the Gallery Space to walk you back to the treatment room. There is metered parking on Depot Street. We ask that you do not park at the gas station or at Murphy's Diner as these are our Business Friends and we want to reserve their parking for their clients. A cloth face mask must be worn for the duration of the appointment as well as in the community spaces of Studio 550 if you unvaccinated. |
