What to Expect
During a CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki session you will be asked to remain fully clothed so it is best to wear loose comfortable clothing for your treatment session. For Massage you will be asked to undress to your level of comfort and will remain modestly draped for the session. Only the area of the body that is being worked will be undraped.

Bodywork and Energy work require contact with the body. Before you get on the table your therapist will review techniques with you and answer any questions.

Each person will respond to treatment differently and how you respond can depend on the techniques used and where your body is at that day. Before you head home your therapist will review home care and what to expect after your session.

If you have any mobility restrictions or special circumstances please feel free to reach out to us so that we can discuss any alterations to treatments or requirements you may need to receive bodywork. We strive to make bodywork and energy work accessible to all who would like treatment.
- True Blue Wellness is located in Studio 3 of Studio 550 Community Arts Center on 550 Elm Street in downtown Manchester, NH.
- You will enter at the front doors of Studio 550 and Jazmine will meet you in the Gallery Space to walk you back to the treatment room.
- There is metered parking on Depot Street. We ask that you do not park at the gas station or at Murphy's Diner in order to reserve their parking for their clients.
