What to Expect During Your Session - with Covid-19 updates.

• During your session (CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki) you will be able asked to remain fully clothed so it is best to where loose comfortable clothing for your treatment session. We suggest that you remove any belts or shoes during your session. 

• CST requires contact with your body and the therapist will be working over the entire body as well as the head, tailbone, and feet. Before you get on the table your therapist will review certain techniques with you. For CST you will remain face up on the table for the entire session.
• For Reiki it is possible to work off the body and only in the energy field if you choose. A full treatment session requires both an off body evaluation and on body hand placement. During a Reiki Session we'll work on both the front and back of the body. We also offer remote Reiki Sessions for those unable to receive sessions in person. 
• Each person will respond to treatment differently though everyone reports a feeling of deep relaxation afterwards. 
• At this time we are required to have clients as well as ourself in a mask for the duration of the treatment.
